AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASING ITEMS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE(TERMS OF USE)

This is an agreement on which you order by our site as a registered customer on this page.
Before you order, please read below[AGREEMENT ABOUT A KENT ORDER] and [INFORMATION] carefully.
By placing order, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to keep them.
If you do not agree to our policy, refrain from order by our site, please.


[AGREEMENT ABOUT A KENT ORDER]
(the direction which can be protected erases registration and refuses subsequent orders)

We define this regulation, in order to send wonderful CDs, Vinyls & DVDs to our important customer correctly quickly.
We have to do all method automatically : receiving an order, sending an invoice, checking payment, and shipping parcel.


1.　ABOUT ORDER
- Please certainly give us an order by a cart only.
We cannot accept an email order, even if you have any reasons. It is invalid.
Please understand that an order cannot be received from other than a cart for the reasons of a system even when a cart should have fault.

- An additional order is taken as to 1 time only.
Even if there is an additional order, an invoice is automatically sent by two orders.

- The addition after transmitting an invoice cannot be performed.

- The destination of shipment is only to the registered address. We do not send them to another place even if you would like.

- We can send only 1 order by 1 packing. We do not accept 1 order makes 2 or 3 separated packages. If you need to divide 1 order in many packages, please order separately.


2. ABOUT PAYMENT
- You have to pay by Paypal within 7 days, by credit card within 3 days after invoice transmission. Please be sure to remit within 7 days or 3days. If you do not pay till a remittance day, your registration will be erased and you can not order anymore.

- If you do not receive invoice from us within 7 days, it may be an email error, so please contact us.

- If there is parcel waiting for payment, you can not order the next one.
We will send you a new invoice after checking the previous payment. Sometimes we have to stop your account until the payment is completed.

- Do not pay before you receive an invoice from us


3. EXCHANGE OF E-MAIL
- We cannot answer to any questions about sound quality and contents of items, send any photo, WANT etc. If you send us an email, we cannot reply.


4. ABOUT [WITHOUT JEWEL CASES]
- If you choose [without jewel cases] in shopping cart, we will make your pack like below. (You do not need to let us know about packing, we cannot accpet any personal requests even if you would like special method.)
*[LTD sticker with a case]
If the items have LTD sticker with a case, we will send them with jewel case. Also if it has a bonus disk set, the bonus disk will be sent with jewel case.
* [DVD tall style cases, slip cases specification, sealed items]
We will send them with jewel cases.
*Even when a jewel case is removed, we do not offer you plastic bags.
 

5. ABOUT DELIVERY
If you need to ask us about delivery, please be sure to write a message on the "MESSAGE" column of shopping cart per an order..


6. ABOUT [1 WEEK LIMITED GIFT ITEMS SALE]
- About a gift item, please send an order after well reading our notes of a mail magazine.
You can only get a gift item order through shopping cart by regular method. Other method like an email or writing on MESSAGE column & etc, is invalid.
Also if you would like any gift items which are not appeared in a list. it will not be accepted.


7. OUR POLICY
*Why do we need to make such agreement?*
A former person in charge was good at English, and she had a lot of time for only overseas customers, she was able to work about your numerous requests.
However, after she retires we have to work for all customers.
We have to carry on giving good service to our customers, so we need to change the order-receiving system quite simply. We will reduce the number of the mail exchanges in order to improve our business intelligibly and simply.
Also, not only one person but many of us are working for you , so all staff needs to understand and work for your orders.
We must do very simply [receiving an order] and [sending an invoice] and [checking payment] and then [shipping goods],we do all methods mechanically.
Please understand we have no time to check your email and to send any reply.
We promise you we do quickly and smoothly from order to shipping, if you understand us.
Furthermore, if the simplification of this business is successful by your cooperation, more rare items in our stock will be on our homepage.
