My name is Mieko and I am a new person in charge.
I have a suggestion for delivery method that currentry coustmer using EMS/Small Packet customers should consider using FedEx.

Since the pandemic in COVID-19, EMS and Small Packet increase in shipping fee more expensive.
Our new shipment method FedEx is cheaper than EMS and they can deliver faster than Small Packet.

We sent a parcel to Italy by EMS recently, the shipping fee was 8800yen.
I estimated shipping fee on FedEx and it was about 4000yen.
For another example, a parcel to the U.S. by EMS recently, the shipping fee was 6600yen. FedEx was about 3000yen.
EMS shipping fee is more expensive than FedEx.

Many customers using DHL were charged an additional 3300yen for remote delivery.
It has been about 3 months since we switched to FedEx and so far no customer has been charged extra for FedEx remote shipping.

If your amount ordered is small, Small Packet shipping fee might be cheaper than FedEx.
This is because Small Packet shipping fee are calculated by weight.
FedEx shipping fee is calculated by volumetric weight.
Small Packet do not arrive at your home as fast as FedEx and EMS.

Note: If your total package exceeds 2 kg or 90 cm, you cannot use Small Packet.

Note: The volumetric weight is the weight of a shipment calculated based on its dimensions, not its actual weight.

We send your shipments by only EMS or SMALL PACKET or FedEx. We do not accept any other methods.
Shipping fees　EMS　SMALL PACKET　FedEx　
When the total amount is under 10,000 JPY, we charge you 200 JPY as a packing fee.
When you order CD and vinyl at the same time, the shipping cost of FedEx would be more expensive.
Because the package would be bigger.
We can ship the package on the same-day when you make the payment by 13:00.

FedEx cannot be delivered to POBOX, so please give us your home address.
