How to order?
We have an english website for international customers
you can order at ENGLISH site, not JAPANESE site.
First you need to register for membership, please read our this information complete,
if you understand and agree our policy, please click the "Agreed,
Go To Register" button to enter the register form, fill in your information all correctly,
click "Register" button to complete the registration.
please place your first order at our ENGLISH site within 7days after your registration.
If you do not place an order within 7days, we will stop the system so the order never be placed.
Also, you can order at ENGLISH site ONLY,
if you order through Japanese site shopping cart, this order must be invalid.
We accept your additional order only once.
You can place additional order only once before you receive an invoice email from us.
about products:
We check items carefully and guarantee the sound quality.
We do not offer the descriptions of conditions in English,please use auto translation system,
also no answers for any questions & requests about products except quality.
Note:
We accept orders from abroad only when the purchases amount above 5000 Japanese yen.
When the total amount for one order is under 10,000 JPY, 200 JPY is added as packing fee.
No discount, cancellation, returns and exchanges.
For Over sea customers, M+ items(BRAND-NEW ITEMS) 7200 yen or less.

about shipment:
We send your shipments by only EMS or SMALL PACKET or FedEx. We do not accept any other methods.
about payment:
we accept paypal & credit card (VISA or MASTER) as payment,
both payment methods' commission will be paid by customers.(5% of (purchase amount + postage))
so you should pay totally including purchase amount, postage & paypal/credit card commission.
